During our workshop you will be enjoying the natural environment of a little slice of paradise in the Frontenac Arch Biosphere. (UNESCO and National Geographic World Recognition).
We will be walking around my grounds and maybe down our country road, where we will discover and identify the many plants that grow freely and how they can be used to enhance your health and well being.
Walking among the trees, hearing the birds and learning to assist your own health and wellness is a rejuvenating and rewarding experience.
We will gather fresh leaves from my extensive herb garden to make our own herbal tea to enjoy while we sit outside under the mature maple trees and take the time to discuss what the medicinal benefits are of many of the plants we found and how they are used. You will have time to take notes, draw pictures, take photos and relax.
This is a fun, unique experience and I am sure you will enjoy your learning.
Our property is scent and chemical free. Bug Sprays and Sunscreen is available for your use
