Start your day at Frontenac Outfitters Canoe & Kayak Centre, located 30 minutes north of Kingston in Sydenham. This is one of Canada’s largest paddlesports centres offering canoe, kayak and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rentals. Rent a canoe or kayak and spend a few hours exploring the beautiful waters of Frontenac Provincial Park. If you’re feeling adventurous, try stand-up paddleboarding or sign up for a paddling course. Frontenac Outfitters also offers SUP yoga sessions for those keen on a different kind of summer stretch.
Afterwards, head to Fruition Berry Farm in Kingston for some fun. The farm is open to the public on the weekends with seasonal produce available to pick based on availability. Wolfe Island is located a short ferry ride away from Kingston where Lake Ontario ends and the renowned St. Lawrence River begins. The largest of the 1000 Islands, Wolfe Island offers an array of outdoor activities and adventures.

If you’re feeling adventurous, rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard from Wolfe Island Boat Club and explore the nearby waterways. Or, head to Haymakers Coffee for a tour and hands-on coffee roasting experience.
For lunch, head to Hotel Wolfe Island for a drink on their picturesque patio overlooking the St. Lawrence River. They offer a variety of local beers and wines, as well as delicious pub fare.
After lunch, take a stroll through the village of Marysville and visit some of the local shops and galleries.
In the early evening, head back to the ferry and catch the last boat back to Kingston. Enjoy the stunning view of the city skyline from the water.
