Prince Edward County is recognized as one of the best cycling destinations in all of South Eastern Ontario with its gentle, rolling hills and incredible scenery. And there’s no better way to explore everything ‘The County’ has to offer than by bike. County Bike Rentals is open seven-days a week and offers a fleet of 50 bikes for recreational riders including a tandem and dedicated trailer for kids or pets—a limited number of Revelo folding bikes are also available.
Prices range depending on the number of bikes needed and duration of rental period. Reservations are required in advance and can be made online, by email or over the phone.

During the Fall, Batawa Village is the perfect spot for nature lovers and those who enjoy the great outdoors—hike or bike along the abundance of trails beginning at Highway 33 and wind their way through the village and beyond. As the season transitions to Winter, The Batawa Ski Hill is a great destination to hit the slopes for a day with the family—rentals are available as well as a ski school for the kids.
Motorized vehicles are barred on the trails, while camping and fires are also prohibited. Ski hill conditions are weather dependent; be sure to call in advance or check the website before making your visit.

Get hooked on fishing with Captain Scott and Captain David on the renowned Bay of Quinte. Owned by West Lake Willow Resort and its sister property, Picton Harbour Inn, Bay of Quinte Charters guarantees to keep your lines tight. Choose from a full day trip and two- or three-day packages including accommodations, and catch your limit of walleye, trout, salmon, northern pike and bass.
Charters do not run during the summer and early fall due to the high volume of guests requiring accommodation services. Book your fishing adventure between October and mid-December—equipment is provided, but you are required to hold an Ontario fishing licence.
